JOHN ANDERSON BACK ON ROAD; EUREKA SPRINGS CONCERT TICKETS NOW ON SALE
“Good news! All your prayers seem to have paid off….” This is what greets visitors to The John Anderson Country Music Site on the Internet. And for local and area fans of John, the good news just keeps on getting better.
Undaunted by his recent heart attack, Anderson, perhaps known best for his signature hit, “Swingin’,” which won a Country Music Association Award in 1983, has returned to the road… one which leads him to Eureka Springs. In fact, tickets are now on sale for the John Anderson In-Concert performances here at the 1905 Basin Park Hotel on Thursday, November 20th. Performances are scheduled for 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the intimate hotel Grand Ballroom with seating for just 300. Tickets are now on sale.
“We could not be happier to begin our Holiday Concert Series with John Anderson,” said Jack Moyer, hotel general manager and concert coordinator. “John has been a country music superstar for the last 20 years. He has been followed by enthusiastic crowds of fans ever since his first big hit and it seems the crowds have only gotten bigger and more enthusiastic as time’s gone by.”
In addition to his signature hit, other Anderson top singles include “Straight Tequila Night” and “Seminole Wind,” all three of which can be found on his newly released “Anthology” two-disc CD featuring 30 of his classic hits.
“It will almost be like ‘Anthology’ performed live,” Moyer excitedly added. “To see and hear John live on stage performing these in our intimate venue will be a concert you will not want to miss.”
Ticket prices are $35.00 for General Admission, $50.00 for Preferred Seating, and $75.00 for VIP Seating.
“VIP ticket holders not only get front row seats but they are also treated to a reception honoring Anderson where they can meet and greet this country music superstar,” Moyer explained.
“Play & Stay” packages are also available beginning at $139.00 and include premium overnight accommodations for two in the hotel.
