Hillbilly Hickory is marinated in a secret Hillbilly recipe and lightly sprinkled with coarse black pepper. Eye of round and top round are used for this popular favorite.

Habanero Hell, their best seller, is marinated in home grown habanero peppers, "The hottest pepper in the world!" and sprinkled lightly with ground habanero pepper. According to the good folks at Eureka Jerky Company "Keep this away from children and sensitive men. The flavor is hotter than hell."

The Eureka Jerky Company claims their jerky to be "the absolute best you will ever eat" and I am going to have to agree. I have had all three flavors and am going to have to follow the consensus, the Habenero Hell is definitely my favorite.

Not only do they make some great tasting jerky, they have a sense of humor too. These three great flavors also come in novelty packages labled as Peppered Opossum, Ozark Country Coon and Habanero Armadillo, making for a fun gift for the jerky lover in your life.
